Julie Richardson Procter Scholarship

Julie Richardson Procter, who served as President of the Junior League of Beaumont, lost a courageous battle to ovarian cancer in April 2011. A scholarship endowment has been established in her memory for the benefit of young women in our area. Julie gave unselfishly of her time and talents during her lifetime for the betterment of others. She was an active volunteer in the Junior League as well as many other civic related organizations. While she was an accomplished attorney, Julie balanced her career with her devotion to volunteering.
