Young Women Building Better Communities Scholarship Award

We are proud to announce that the Junior League of Beaumont is now offering a scholarship to a high school senior in the Beaumont area schools. This $1000.00 scholarship, “Women Building Better Communities Award” will be awarded to one female student who has demonstrated her commitment to voluntarism. The winner will be chosen based on volunteer activities, impact of volunteer efforts, continued commitment to voluntarism, and references. We are enclosing an application for you to distribute to your students. Please note that the application deadline is March 31, 2011.
